Background: Most of the existing studies that investigated the self-care of hypertension were focused specifically on medication adherence. However, hypertension self-care is a comprehensive concept that includes multiple dimensions. In last year’s there is no review carried out assessing the new instruments of hypertension self-care which those captured almost all the hypertension self-care domains.\nObjective: This systematic review aimed to (1) identify the existing multiple-dimension hypertension self-care assessment scales from 2011 to 2020, (2) describe their characteristics, (3) and evaluate their psychometric and practical considerations.\nMethods: Database of PubMed, Web of Science, and EBSCO-host were used to identify all studies published between 2011 and 2020. Search limited to full-text, clinical and randomized trial articles, English language, and using terms (self-care AND hypertension). Scales were evaluated for their psychometric and practical considerations using an evaluation criterion of assessing the quality of measures.\nResults: Search resulted in 29 articles, and they identified five scales; H-SCALE, SC-HI, Hypertension self-care questionnaire, HTN-SCP, and HSMBQ. HTN-SCP and H-SCALE were the most used scales (11 times). The reliability was tested in different approaches; Overall, internal consistency was well reported with Cronbach α ranging from 0.70 and 0.95. At least one type of validity measure was reported for each scale. Scales included multiple-dimension of all critical domains and all of them were statistically significant (p<0.05). SC-HI and HTN-SCP scales were theoretically based on a theory.\nConclusion: Although the identified scales well captured all critical domains of HTN self-care, there was a poor understanding of the process underlying the self-care of hypertensive patients. HTN-SCP scale seems to be the highest psychometric and practical considerations quality of existed HTN self-care measures.

Edge-Cloud Cooperative Computing (E3C) is an efficient way to address the resource scarcity issue of mobile devices by edge servers with low network delays and the cloud with abundant computing resources. To improve the user satisfaction which directly affects the profit and the reputation of service providers, we focus on the task offloading problem for E3C in this paper. We design an integer genetic algorithm incorporating earliest deadline first (EDF) to map each chromosome as a task offloading solution. Our method uses each gene of a chromosome to represent the computing core that the corresponding task assigned to, and decides the task execution order by EDF in each computing core. Experiment results show that our method achieves better accepted ratio and resource efficiency than several offloading methods based on heuristics, the particle swarm optimization, and the binary genetic algorithm.

Abstract\nThe novel COVID-19, outbreak during december 2019, in Wuhan city, Hubei, China, with most severe acute respiratory infections, poses unprecedented world public-health challenges. Present pandemic COVID-19 affects above 6,976,036 peoples world-wide and with high fertility rate, ascribed to the strong-affinity of their spike-proteins (S), to enzyme-2; a angiotensin-converting enzyme. The main protease SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro protein play serious role in the spread of novel COVID-19. Therefore its public interest to find possible inhibiters against COVID-19 main protease 3CLpro protein to stop their spared in the world-population. After brief literature-review we selected four medicinal plants (Cassia-Papaya, Moringa, Mangifera-Indica, and Azadirachta-Indica) and saved their 280 bioactive compounds from MAPS and MPD3 database, and were screened against COVID-19 protein using virtual screening tools. Total 280 compound five best-compounds (3,3_dimethylally isoflavone, Amarathin, Licoleafol, Myricitrin and Prephenazine) were further screened by calculating their binding affinity, ADME values and molecular-docking. The docking score [-7.157, -12.9924, -12.1018, -15.9059 and -10.8661] and RMSD value [3.0013, 3.8091, 2.5731, 2.6515 and 2.4656] of these five-compounds suggested that drugs containing these compounds hindered and most-probably to disrupt major hydrogen bonds in SAR-CoV-2 3CLpro proteins. Furthermore this study also suggested that drugs developed from these compounds also affecting the receptor-binding site of the SARS-CoV 3CLpro at the host receptor sites and work to inhibit the attacking site of COVID-19.

In this paper we will give a new concept for the rough equivalence relation, on the other hand, some geometric and algebraic properties of such relation with cartesian product are established. Also, we give a new definition for cartesian product of two rough convex sets with proving that it is rough convex. Finally, we give some applications.

In medical practices, the ECG plays an important role to diagnose cardiac arrhythmia. In this paper efficient and most reliable technique is presented for the suitable classification of arrhythmia using a General Sparsed Neural Network (GSNN). The Sparsed neural network is used to extract the feature of ECG signals and then this feature is used in the neural network for processing to obtain the final classification result. The different class of ECG beat is chosen from MIT-BIH dataset. To evaluate the results MATLAB is used. \nThe main aim of this paper is to design a small, simple, efficient neural network and also implement reliable techniques for the classification of various ECG arrhythmia conditions. The obtained accuracy level of arrhythmia detection is 98%, which is highest rate of performance. The presented approach by GSNN to classify and predict arrhythmia will provide efficient arrhythmia detection as compared to other techniques. The suggested scheme will improve prediction and classification efficiency.

Arat Sabulungan is the local belief or religion of Mentawai community. The fundamental teaching of this religion emphasizes the harmonious relationship between humans, spirits, and nature. This religion believes that every single space and place is inhabited by the spirits. They are bound everywhere, so it is necessary to uphold good and ethical behavior in the surrounding nature. The corrupted acts against nature will disturb the peace of the spirits, which will in turn bring calamities and disruptions to the life. Viewed as the dwelling place of the spirits, the nature should be well kept through ecological ethics taught by Arat Sabulungan. In addition, since the nature is the center of this religious teaching, corrupting it means corrupting the body and the life itself.

It is clearly noticed that the students studying Foundation Year before joining the Undergraduate Programme (UG) spending a full academic year studying intensive course where they get intensive English language course, Math, and IT, their level of English Language proficiency does not reach IELTS 5 (B1) and/or IELTS 6 (B2). Two groups were taken as samples of the case study. Group One represents Listening Skill and it includes 17 participants while Group Two represents the reading skill and includes 7 students. In this study, solutions and practical procedures or so called practical measures were applied with the two groups in a teaching period of two months. The practical measures used by the researchers in the study are based on English Language teaching experience in both national and international contexts. The findings of the study show that there is a high degree of achievement occurred and a remarkable increase in the level of proficiency following the suggested solutions. The suggested seven solutions are defined and each is followed by target-like practical procedures which can be easily applied in different contexts in different Higher Educational Orgranisations (HEO).

West Nile Virus Encephalitis\nA 70-year-old male patient is under follow-up with the diagnosis of dementia. The patient in need of care had reduced mobility. The patient was brought to our clinic for several days due to impaired consciousness. He had encephalopathy.
