Background: To investigate the effect of pre-injection Shenfu injection on the hemodynamics of radical resection of colorectal cancer in elderly patients with hypertension. \nMethods: The candidates were randomly divided into control group (receiving pre-injection of sodium chloride injection) and research group (receiveing pre-injection of Shenfu injection) before anesthesia induction. The perioperative hemodynamic changes and use of vasoactive drugs were compared. \nResults: Mean arterial pressure (MAP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) values in the research group were lower than those in the control group at the time of tracheal tube extraction (P < 0.05). The use rate of antihypertensive drugs in the research group was lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). \nConclusions: Pre-injection of Shenfu in elderly hypertensive patients had no influence on anesthesia effect and it can reduce the volatility of hemodynamic parameters, decrease the use of vasoactive drugs.

To evaluate the feminine voice and vocal cord characteristics of male to female transgender (MtF) after Wendler glottoplasty surgery. The objective acoustic analysis method was used to compare the objective acoustic parameters. The fundamental frequency (F0) and the speaking fundamental frequency (SFF) was used to assess the degree of pitch improvement. Frequency perturbation jitter (%) and amplitude perturbation shimmer (%) a was used to evaluate hoarseness. The F0 was 160.7 Hz, 199.9 Hz and 216.2 Hz before surgery, from 2 to 4 months after surgery and 6 to 12 months after surgery, respectively. The F0 of /a/vowels increased by 55.5 Hz from 6 to 12 months after surgery. The SFF was 152.1 Hz, 200.0 Hz and 202.1 Hz before surgery, from 2 to 4 months after surgery from 6 to 12 months after surgery, respectively, and the SFF increased by 55 Hz at 6 to 12 months after surgery. The jitter (%) a value decreased slightly, and the shimmer% increased slightly. Voice health education + wendler vocal cord truncation surgery reduced the effective vocal cord length to 81% before surgery, which effectively improves the F0 and SFF, indicating that the amplitude was consistent during normal pronunciation.

Purpose: To explore the effect of scapula motion control training on the rehabilitation effect of patients with scapular fracture. \nMethods: A total of 61 patients with scapular fractures were investigated. According to the random number table method, 61 patients were evenly divided into observation group 30 cases and control group 31 cases. The control group received routine postoperative functional exercise, and the observation group received functional exercise by adding scapula motion control training to the routine postoperative functional exercise. The pain, daily activity, range of shoulder movement, strength test, and total score were compared between the two groups of patients at 4 and 12 weeks after surgery. \nResults: After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the daily activities, range of shoulder movements, and total scores of the observation group increased, and there were no significant differences in pain and strength tests. After 12 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group, the daily activity, range of shoulder movements, and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. \nConclusion: Scapular motion control training can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with scapular fractures and has clinical application value.

Background: We investigated the role of Long Noncoding RNA (LncRNA) SNHG1 in neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NSLE) and its mechanism. \nMethods: Serum samples of 12 patients with NSLE and normal healthy volunteers were obtained. Microarray analysis and Real-time quantitative RT-PCR were used to measure the expression of LncRNA SNHG1. B6.Sle1/Sle3 (Sle1,3) mice were used as vivo model. The gene expression of LncRNA SNHG1 was up-regulated in patients with NSLE.\nResults: Overexpression of LnRNA SNHG1 promoted inflammation and suppressed microRNA-7 expression in vitro model of NSLE. Down-regulation of LnRNA SNHG1 elevated microRNA-7 expression, and reduced inflammation in vitro model of NSLE. MicroRNA-7 was targeted by lncRNA SNHG1 in vitro model of NSLE. MicroRNA-7 was targeted NLRP3 and NF-κB signaling pathway were targeted by microRNA-7 in vitro model of NSLE by lncRNA SNHG1. \nConclusion: our study suggests that LncRNA SNHG1 promotes neuroinflammation of NSLE by activation of NLRP3 and NF-κB signaling pathway.
