Diets plant-based has been proposed for diminished greenhouse gases from cattle herds. Plant-based diets do not have creatine, an important nutrient. Creatine is a nitrogenous organic compound that plays a central role in energy metabolism. It has two main functions, as an energy buffer, helping to maintain the cell's energy status in times of great fluctuation (for example, in muscle contraction that increases energy demand many times) and as a spatial buffer (transporting energy from the mitochondria to the cytoplasm of the cell). Because of its central role in energy metabolism, Cr deficiency and/or diseases related to creatine transportation and formation have serious negative health implications on a variety of tissues. In addition, vegetarians and vegans have lower concentrations of Cr in their cells, which has been shown to reduce cognition and time to fatigue It can be produced by the body and obtained through the diet. As creatine biosynthesis is limited, about 1.0 g per day, and less than the elimination via Crn, it is necessary to obtain part of it from food to maintain reserves in amount for proper functioning. A balance between continual creatine utilization and substitution appears to be essential in maintaining normal cellular energy flow. If we adopt plant-based diets on large scale, probably creatine supplementation will be necessary to maintain health. Creatine supplementation was safe and effective in regular doses (0.2 to 5.0 grams/day). Prescriptions are necessary and quality control too.

Mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) is a popular pulse consumed all over the world, particularly in Asia, as it is considered to be the great source of protein. Proteins are the basic components of life. Protein is found in every cell of the human body. We describe here the isolation and purification of protein derived from mung bean (Vigna Radiata). The protein was isolated by the ammonium sulphate method and purified by the dialysis method. Two types were taken i.e., whole green gram and green gram split and by proximate analysis it was concluded that the protein content in whole green gram was found to be 22.4% which is more than the split green gram that was found about 20.8%. Characterisation was done of protein powder that was isolated from mung bean by using ammonium sulphate method and purified by using dialysis method, later it was dried in hot air oven. The sample was tested by HPLC method for amino acid content. The essential amino acid that included lysine, histidine, isoleucine and valine were analysed. The data showed that the protein powder was rich in valine that was analysed about 9.96%, the lysine was found to be 2.11%, histidine was 1.29% and the isoleucine was analysed as 1.17%. The results concluded that the valine was found rich as compared to other amino acids.

The effect of certain environmental parameters such as temperature, irradiance, salinity, pH, nutrient concentration, etc. may influence the massive proliferation of toxic or harmful microalgae. Our perception of the effect of some of these environmental parameters on the growth of benthic dinoflagellates such as Amphidinium carterae in the Atlantic waters of Morocco remains unknown. The present research, the first of its kind in this region of Morocco, has allowed the evaluation of the growth of the species Amphidinium cf. carterae exposed to three temperatures (15, 20 and 25 °C), three irradiances (20, 80 and 130 µmol. m-2.s-1) and five concentrations of Nitrate/Phosphate in the medium (882.4/36.2µM; 1323.6/54.3µM; 1764.8/72.4µM; 2206/90.5µM and 2647.2/108.6µM). The species withstood all the tested temperatures, irradiances and nutrient concentrations. The highest specific growth rate of 0.86 day-1 was recorded at 20°C, 130 µmol.m-2.s-1 and a Nitrate/Phosphate concentration of 882.4/36.2µM corresponding to L1 medium. The cell density, in all cultures, was around 105 cells.mL-1. This research established a first approach for the understanding and control of the growth of the harmful benthic dinoflagellate Amphidinium cf. carterae. The interest is the prevention of blooms of this dinoflagellate along the Moroccan coast.

Research Background: Biologic drugs are TNF alpha inhibitors, or similar drugs that are effective in treating AR that does not respond to NSAID and DMARDs. They are generally classified as potent drugs in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis and other autoimmune forms of inflammatory arthritis. Biologic drugs are seen as the best way to treat chronic pain that has previously been incurable. Purpose: To identify the effectiveness of the use of biologic drugs in Rheumatoid Arthritis to reduce pain. Methodology: The methodology that will be used in this study is an observational, cohort study, conducted at the Mother Teresa University Hospital Centre in Albania. The sample taken in the study consists of 36 individuals who are currently undergoing biologic drug therapy, and in previous treatments have been treated with Methrotrexate or NSAIDs. The biologic drugs used are Golimumab, Tofacilinib and Etanercept as a change therapy. Results: The expected results suggest reduction of pain after the use of biologic drugs in the first 6 months of treatment. Conclusions: Biologic drugs are 70-100% effective in reducing AR pain, mainly joint pain in the small joints of the hands and feet, knee and in advanced stages in the articular pain of the pelvis and spine. A therapeutic approach with biologic drugs for patients suffering from chronic pain can improve pain reduction, the patient's daily life, and reduce disability states.

There has been a paradigm shift from work-at-office to work-from-home. Thus, this study intends to unveil the impact of the pandemic on the work-life balance of employees in Big 4 accounting firms viz., Deloitte, PWC, EY, and KPMG.

This research was to determine the opinions of nurses regarding the Z-track method of intramuscular injection and the factors preventing its use. This is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach and used maximum variation sampling method, a purposive sampling method. The sample consisted of 38 nurses who worked for a minimum of one year in a university hospital. Data were collected using semi-structured in-depth individual face-to-face interviews. Data were analysed using content analysis and coded using the NVIVO 11 software. As a result of the content analysis, seven themes and nine subthemes emerged: (a) opinions about personal experiences: method of application, positive personal experiences, and negative personal experiences; (b) factors affecting usage: positive/encouraging factors and negative/discouraging factors; (c) opinions about colleagues; (d) frequency of application; (e) diseases for which the Z-track method is applied; (f) drugs given by the Z-track method; and (g) suggestions for dissemination: suggestions for training, suggestions for patients, suggestions for institutions and suggestions for healthcare professionals. Obstacles against the use of the Z-track method mostly result from lack of training and role models.

In the last few years, the penetration of renewable energy has improved in the microgrid. The PV and wind energy system is the largest energy source to produce electrical power and the fastest building up electrical power generation globally. This paper deals with a MPPT control of PV and wind energy system in DC microgrid. The modelling of a PV system can be analysed by interfacing the PV system to the boost converter, load, and the tracking of the maximum power point of PV. The role of MPPT is important in PVES and WES because it extracts the maximum output of sources and maximizes the efficiency of the system. The MPPT control in PVES and WES at variable irradiance and wind sped are found in MATLAB/Simulink.
