The application of nutmeg penetrates into every aspect of the daily life, and it has been regarded as a traditional Chinese medicine. studies have found that essential oil of nutmeg has a certain central nervous excitability. However, only few studies focused on the potential neurobehavior effects of elemicin. Therefore, the aim of this work was to testify the effects of elemicin on neural behavior and growth and development using zebrafish model. The study found that elemicin promoted the spontaneous movement, improved the neuro inhibition characteristic and coupled with increased the acclimation capacity, but We further found that it did not affect neural activity through anti-inflammatory pathways. Moreover, the toxic effect of elemicin was also investigated in this work using zebrafish. The results suggested that elemicin could affect the hatching and heart of zebrafish only at high concentration, and it also has no significant effect on the tissue growth of zebrafish within safe concentration range. These results indicated that elemicin can be considered as a promising agent for the treatment of neurodegenerative disease within appropriate dose, and it has a profound clinical value to some extent.
Planned restorations if developed in wax on a diagnostic cast can provide the patient with a three-dimensional example of the final case. This diagnostic wax up can help achieve the desired aesthetics and function by determining optimal clinical and laboratory procedures. It helps in increasing patient acceptance and also allows better communication between the three- patient, dentist and lab technician. Purpose of this article is to present educational material that will allow dental students understand and apply principles of tooth morphology to create diagnostic wax up.
Polysaccharides is the main component of Chinese tradition medicine dendrobium, but the efficiency and toxic effects of its were less research on up to now. In this study, the potential effects of polysaccharides on the cardiovascular and neural development were systematically assessed by using the emerging zebrafish model. Our results show that the polysaccharides promoted the angiogenesis formation, prevented pathological blood vessels from further injuring as well as accelerated the spontaneous movement and touch-evoked escape reaction of normal organisms, which may be related to its anti-inflammation effects. In addition, effects on the embryonic development showed that polysaccharides delayed the embryonic development though reducing the body length and increasing yolk sac area. At a certain concentration, it will affect the development of the normal embryo heart. As for someone with cardiac insufficiency, the polysaccharides need to be carefully used.
Background; A drug case is a very large case today. The Government took a very serious treatment since 2011 was found that there are about 4.7 million drug users in Indonesia. Drug users based on BNN data in 2007 are generally 11 to 24 years old. Globe Data in 2012 was discovered that the number of drug consumption in Papua is high enough 17,750 people or 0.8 percent of Papuans. Purpose this research to determine the role of teenagers and parents in the district of Fak-Fak and Merauke in the prevention of the use and spread of narcotics in the Revolution Industry 4.0. Method This research is a qualitative research approach to phenomenology. Research seeks to uncover the individual philosophical and psychological aspects through narrative so that researchers and readers seem to understand the life experienced by the research subject. Results Teenagers and parents have a strong role in prevention of drug use including an understanding of drug hazards, parental advice, family support, and activity in school and spiritual activities.
