This paper examines and focuses on some issues and questions relating to how the use of meta-communication concept in “Software Engineering Process”. In addition, the role of IT project communication and the project management tools which can be regarded as vital for “Software Engineering”, primarily the internet, email, printed materials and the categories by which development team interacts are also investigated. In the field of “Software Engineering” the perception of the role of socio-cognitive engineering (SCE) is continuously increasing. Today, the focus is especially on the identification of human and organization decisional errors caused by software developers and managers under high-risk conditions, as evident by analyzing reports on failed IP projects. \n\n“Project Communications Management” plays a key role in keeping all members of the project management team on the same page. Without communication among all team members and project stakeholders there can be a breakdown in processes which could have a negative impact on the final product. At present, the engineering and social safety requirements need to enlarge their domain of interest in such a way to include all possible losses generating events that could be the consequences of defective software. Socio-cognitive modeling of Integrated Software Engineering using the TOGA meta-theory has been discussed. \n\nIn this paper, more detailed aspects of the cognitive decision-making and its possible human errors and organizational vulnerability are presented. The formal TOGA-based network model for cognitive decision-making enables to indicate and analyze nodes and arcs in which Software developers and managers errors may appear.\n\nAs the nature of human errors depends on the specific properties of the decision-maker and the decisional context of IT project processes, a classification of decision-making using is suggested. Several types of initial situations of decision-making useful for the diagnosis of Software developers’ errors are considered. The developed models can be used for training the IT project management executive staff.

Edoxaban is an orally active direct factor Xa inhibitor. The aim of the present study was to develop a stability indicating HPLC method for the quantification of edoxaban in bulk and in tablet dosage form. Edoxaban was separated on Hypersil BDS C18 column (250 x 4.6 mm, i.d. 5µm) using 0.1M K2HPO4: Methanol (65:35, v/v) as an isocratic mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Detection was performed using photodiode array detector set at 245 nm. Edoxaban was eluted at 3.785 min with a total run time of 6 min. The calibration curve was found to be linear over the concentration range of 5–200 μg/ml. Limit of detection and limit of quantification for edoxaban are 0.209 µg/ml and 0.698 µg/ml, respectively. The intra- and inter-day precision values were ≤0.710% and the accuracy ranged from 999.824-100.720%. Besides, all the validation results were within acceptability criteria of general assay. The stability indicating nature of the method was established by subjecting the edoxaban to stress conditions such as acid and base hydrolyses, oxidative, photo- and thermal degradations. The degraded products formed in all stress conditions were resolved successfully from the edoxaban. The developed and validated method was successfully applied for the determination of edoxaban in commercial tablet dosage form.

This research aims to know and test whether there is influence of transformational leadership, stress, organizational commitment and motivation of the employees working in PT. Satriagraha perfect, Krian areas-Sidoarjo.\nThe research method used is the quantitative approach. Sampling techniques using Sample Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used by using a questionnaire. And data analysis is done using Multiple Linear regression test with the help of SPSS Statistical Program version 21.0.\nThe results of the research there is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership, work stress, organizational commitment and motivation of working against the value of F is equal to 889,782 and the value of sig. 0.000. While testing partially showed that each of the variable effect on the motivation of transformational leadership t calculate with a value of $ 2,587 sig. 0,011; work stress of-0,2920 sig. 0,004; and organizational commitment of GIS 12,329.0.000. The overall analysis it was concluded that the dominant organizational commitment affect variables of motivation.
