Purpose: COVID-19 has become a global epidemic with more than 6 million active cases worldwide. This is a huge number even when the active cases have started to decrease in most of the developed world and the threat is looming of a second wave. The question is where the second wave would come from? Method: Our hypothesis is that the answer lies in the COVID-19 outliers. In most epidemiological and clinical studies, focus is on the patients who represent the majority population however, there is every likelihood that re-emergence of the virus will be the from the cases that are unique and not following the norm. Results and Conclusion: This may allow us to understand the behavior of SARS-CoV-2 better and allow us to hypothesize better about its biology. This paper analyzes 6 such COVID-19 patients reported by different regional Centers for Disease Control in China, which should be considered with regards to further spread and developing effective control of SARS-CoV2 epidemic.
Examined in this study was the degree to which differences were present between experienced, moderately experienced, and new school principals related to what they emphasized and how they spent their work time at their campuses. Data were obtained from the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study-Kindergarten Class of 2010-2011 principal survey. Inferential statistical analyses revealed the presence of statistically significant differences in the way principals reported spending their time and the objectives they emphasized by their years of experience as school principal. Experienced principals emphasized more working with teachers and on required paperwork and less on school management, discipline and attendance, and monitoring school areas than New Principals or Moderately Experienced principals. Implications are discussed and suggestions for further research are made.

In recent four decades, reform policies have integrating China’s economy into the global. Since 1981, foreign direct investment (FDI) has been gradually flowing into the Yangtze River Delta region, as a result, this region has enjoyed strong economic strength based on abundant human resources and convenient transportation network. Key city Shanghai became major cities attracting FDI, meanwhile, FDI also has had a tremendous impact on Shanghai’s economic development, that including employment. To sum up, Shanghai has been chosen as the research object in this paper. Paper is organized by four parts; firstly, a theoretical analysis of employment effects of FDI is presented; secondly, after combining the actual utilization of FDI and employment in Shanghai, an empirical analysis of the effects of FDI on employment quantity and employment quality has carried out by data and regression models; thirdly, this research found FDI has exerted a negative influence on employment quantity in Shanghai, moreover, FDI also has shown a positive impacts on the employment quality; finally, paper has proposed some suggestions to FDI’s utilize in the future.
From the Nineties, the Moroccan banking system knew several reforms which contributed to the liberalization and the deregulation of banks. The objective is to arrive to a banking sector resilient, competitive, developed and making it possible to increase the surplus of the borrowers and the depositors. Although the relation between competition and financial stability is discussed, this paper proposes to formulate a new explanation of this relation while being based on the trilogy: competition, concentration and stability (CCS). Initially we develop the model of Panzar and Rose (1982,1987) to measure the competition of the dynamic banking system since 1993. Then, a data model of panel was estimated, highlighting the nonlinear relation between financial stability and banking competition. The checking of this relation made it possible to propose a new design concerning the relation between financial stability and competition. Indeed, the results obtained with through an optimization model affirm that this relation is cyclic, in the direction where, a stronger competition supports financial stability in situation of strong impact strength, on the other hand, in a situation of financial instability, more competition worsens the situation of the banking system.
A 3-year field experiment (2013-2015) was carried out at stationary of the Small Grains Research Centre in Kragujevac (Serbia). The soil was a Vertisol and was degraded and acid (pH < 5.0). The research aim was to evaluate the effect of fertilization and the environment on winter wheat yield. Annually the nitrogen (N) fertilization rate was 80 kg ha-1 N, which was applied in combination with phosphorus (P2O5) and potassium (K2O). The average grain yield of all treatments in the 2015 growing season was significantly greater than in the following years (3.597 t ha-1). The yield, thousand grain weight and test weight of winter wheat significantly varied across years and treatments. The average highest yield was achieved in the triple treatments NPK where phosphorous is applied in the maximum amount of 100 kg ha-1 P2O5 (4.0 t ha-1). The combined use of NP1K fertilizers (80 kg N ha-1, 60 kg P2O5 ha-1, 60 kg K2O ha-1) and NP2K treatment (80 kg N ha-1, 100 kg P2O5 ha-1, 60 kg K2O ha-1) represented the excellent base for optimum stock of major nutrients, resulting in maximum grain yield. The thousand grain weight was the highest in the balanced fertilization with all nutrients N80P60K60 (39.1 g). Across years, significantly higher values of test weight were found in the treatments P60 and control (76.4 kg hl-1 and 76.2 kg hl-1). The statistical analysis showed a significant effect of years on grain yield, thousand grain weight and test weight. Fertilization had a most significant impact on the yield of winter wheat. In 2015 a negatively and poor-dependent significant correlation was found between grain yield and 1000-grain weight (-0.392*) as were highly significant and positive correlation in 2014 (0.493**), while these positive and medium-dependent correlation in 2013 were highly significant (0.648**).
Background: The efficacy and safety of oral tranexamic acid (TXA) remain controversial in total joint arthroplasty (TJA). Thus, we conducted a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of oral TXA and intravenous (IV) TXA in total hip arthroplasty (THA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA).\nMethods: We conducted a meta-analysis to identify RCTs involving oral and IV TXA in THA and TKA up to December 2019 by searching databases including PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, the Cochrane Controlled Trials Register, the Cochrane Library CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang. We used Review Manager software to perform the meta-analysis.\nResults: Ten RCTs containing 1080 participants met the inclusion criteria. We found no significant differences in terms of the average hemoglobin (Hb) drop (P=0.60), total blood loss (P=0.60), transfusion rate (P=0.99), drain blood loss (P=0.91), length of hospital stay (P=0.95), and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (P=0.55) and calf muscular vein thrombosis (P=0.19) between oral and IV TXA.\nConclusions: Compared with the IV TXA, oral TXA has similar effects on reducing the Hb drop, total blood loss, transfusion rate, drain blood loss and length of hospital stay without increasing the risk of calf muscular vein thrombosis (CMVT) and deep venous thrombosis (DVT). Furthermore, oral TXA is easy to access and administer, which decreases the workload of nurses and even delivers cost-saving benefits to the health care system. We thus conclude that oral TXA may be an optimal approach in TJA. However, more high-quality and multicenter RCTs are still needed to confirm our conclusions.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition which results in the body attacking itself. It occurs in the age group of 30 years to ≥ 65 years. More than 100 million individuals around the world are affected with this disease. The main objective of this study is to provide patients with more effective and safer treatment to this disease. More than 10 million cases per year in India are being recorded. Around 15% of cases emerge before the age of 10 years. In the case of psoriasis, white blood cells known as T cells mistakenly attack the skin cells. Around 80% of people have mild psoriasis, and the other 20% have moderate to severe psoriasis. There are different types of psoriasis they are Plaque psoriasis occurs in about 80-90% of people, it appears as raised, inflamed, red lesions, covered by a silvery, white scales, usually on the elbows, knees, scalp, and lower back. Inverse psoriasis appears in the different parts like armpits, the groin, under the breasts, and in other skin folds such as the buttocks and around the genitals.Aloe vera originates from the Arabian Peninsula, but grows wild in tropical, semi-tropical, and arid climates around the world. It is cultivated for agricultural and medicinal uses. The species is also used for decorative purposes and grows successfully indoors as a potted plant also used for herbal medicine and cosmetic products. Argemone Mexicana (Mexican poppy, Mexican prickly poppy, flowering thistle, cardo or cardosanto) is a species of poppy found in Mexico and now widely naturalized in many parts of the world.
Rhabdomayosarcoma (RMS) is a malignant tumor which arises from skeletal muscle progenitor. It is the most common soft tissue tumor in children constituting almost half of soft tissue sarcoma in children and 3-4% of all childhood cancers. We are presenting a rare variant of RMS, sarcoma botyroides,in a four month old child in anal canal which is a very rare location. Child presented with a swelling in perineum since birth which was gradually increasing in size and bleed to touch. On examination almost 8x8cm bunch of grape like polypoid swelling arising from anterior wall of anal canal was found hanging via thin pedicle. Excision of the mass was done and histopathology along with immunohistochemistry confirmed botyroid variant of RMS.\nBotyroid RMS rare, rapidly growing and invasive tumor which presents as submucosal lesion and has typical bunch of grapes appearance. Pfanensteil first described the term sarcoma botyroides in 1892.it is seen exclusively in infants.criteria to diagnose sarcoma botyroides include polypoid (grape bunch) appearance, submucosal origin and a distinct cambium layer beneath the epithelium.\nAs the disease is uncommon, clinicians and pediatric Surgeons should be fully aware of the gross appearance of tumor and it\'s aggressive behaviour to avoid dreadful consequences.
Nowadays the e-business of Bangladesh has become very popular to customers due to its salient features on the global market. To achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and retention, decision makers of online companies need a framework for improving the e-service quality. But, while there are some studies that have focused on the identification of the e-quality factors in developed and developing countries, but modeling the interrelationships among factors is not done yet. Also, these are not necessarily applicable to Bangladeshi online companies. This study proposes a structured framework based on the Delphi method and blended, grey-based DEMATEL approach that identifies such factors and examines the causal relationships among them. A total of 9 e-quality factors were identified through literature review and by conducting a survey of online shops. Then, grey-based DEMATEL approach was anticipated to examine their interrelationships as well as prioritization of drivers. The results showed the cause and effect factors as well as their prominence. Among all factors, “reliance” got high priority which was followed by “responsiveness”. This study can support online companies to identify the essential e-quality service factors and incorporate them into an existing business. A case study of an online business was used to validate the proposed framework.
