Background\nThe Ministry of Education of Taiwan launched its collegiate graduate’s tracking system which aims to follow up the destination of collegiate graduates over 1 year and 3 years after graduation since 2014. This study aims to use the collegiate graduate’s tracking system to conduct an institutional research on graduates in healthcare to extract useful information for the case university and others.\nMethods\nThis study was conducted in a university of technology (henceforth called case university) which mainly prepares healthcare professionals. We applied the institutional research methodology to analyze the baseline information of the day-time students with the alumni database and the follow-up data from graduate destination survey of the case university. The database was used to analyze graduates’ job destination, job condition, learning feedback and analysis on the course of employment. \nResults\nThis study found that the graduates in health care of the case university: (1) Having good employment competitiveness, (2) Having good education-job match, (3) highly appraising the learning from professional courses, and (4) preferring to work close to home or school. In addition, the methods used in this study may be benchmarked by other universities.\nConclusion\nThis institutional research study demonstrated that students had good employment competitiveness and provided useful and valuable information for a school’s future development. Further longitudinal studies may be employed to enhance its performance and promote its development.

As selecting the supplier plays a crucial role to bring some important advantages for companies, such as coping with the cost and time problems and influencing the majority of contemporary markets’ requirements, in the recent years, there have been representing more effective studies in the supplier selection literature. However, due to the huge number of studies and on the other hand in order to be new and creative, the represented models and methods- as the two main parts of this field- have been got more complicated which consequently have been turned into the unpractical researches for the realistic situations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is representation of a novel and simple method to deal with the aforementioned gap. To this end, Fazl-Tash method have been proposed, in which a thorough and complete model including 114 criteria and a simple technique to rank and select the best supplier have been presented. Sustainability and resiliency are considered in collecting criteria effective on the supplier selection. The method carried out in a case study in an industrial company. The efficiency of the proposed method is evaluated in comparison with other conventional approaches.

The aim of this work was to determine the biochemical compounds and evaluate the biological activities of Nostoc linckia cultivated under a biotic stress condition (different Zinc and Copper conc.). The growth rate was recorded as well as determination of active compounds, water soluble pigments and defense enzymes, in addition to the biological activities as antioxidant and anticancer. The obtained results revealed that, higher Zinc and copper concentrations showed an inhibitory effect to growth while 0.22mg /L (Zn) and 0.079 mg/L (Cu) enhanced growth which reached its maximum at 25th day of cultivation. Furthermore, combination of 0.88mg/L (Zn) and 0.316mg /L (Cu) induced an increment in catalase, tannins, lipid peroxidation, flavonoids, and antioxidant activity. Also, the results of antioxidant activity of crude extracts showed that, elevation of Zn conc. induced an augmentation of antioxidant activity either by DPPH (2, 2 diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) or ABTS (2, 2’- azino-bis ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid), with maximum activity at 0.44 mg/L Zinc conc. (81.22%) even exceeded those of control (61%) by ABTS assay. While more elevated Zn conc. (1.76 mg/L) induced lower activity when compared with synthetic antioxidant standard {Butylated hydroxyl toluene, BHT). Cytotoxicity of four cancer cell lines was inversely proportional to extracts conc. used, where the higher conc. (500µg/ml) showed the lowest cell viability of the tested cell lines, The promising extract as antioxidant activity (0.44 mg/L of (Zn))of conc. 500 µg/ml recorded the lowest cell viability of (25.57 %) in cervical cell line,(29.74%) in breast cell line, (33.10 %) in Lung cell line and (34.53%) in colon cell line. Fractionation of promising extract (0.44 mg/L Zn) by column chromatography using different solvents with different polarities showed that both antioxidant and anticancer activity of crude extract recorded the highest activity when compared to their promising fractions.

Purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing reverse supply chain improvement in the home appliance industry in Tehran. Initial indices were obtained using theme analysis method and in-depth, semi-structured interviews with 14 experts of supply chain industry in home appliance industry of Tehran. Then, final research indices were identified using fuzzy Delphi method and then evaluated using combined method of fuzzy ANP and DEMATEL. In order to analyze the data, first, final indicators were introduced with help of ten experts and then prioritization of the indicators was done using comments of 36 people related to supply chain subject. Results of this study showed that managerial aspect includes special attention of top management to some of chain bids and consumer\'s feedback to manufacturer in chain is a key factor for accepting the new change and entering into reverse supply chain topic. Afterwards, it is explained that knowledge aspect, which includes continuous improvement in learning, training, etc., can a determinative criterion, after management indices, in the early stages to improve reverse supply chain in the mentioned industry.

Sulfur mustard (SM) is a strong vesicatory agent, leading to severe skin damages as well as eye blistering and may cause death if inhaled. Unfortunately, there are no effectual treatments for mustard-induced injury. Hence, there is considerable attention in the development of new materials capable of absorbing and detoxify mustard gas. In the present study, the density functional studies including B3LYP and wB97XD are used to monitor the adsorption of this toxic material on the surface of aromatic-like, pyrolin-like, coronene-like, circumcoronene-like and graphene-like ZNO nanoparticles. The Ead (adsorption energy) of SM is between -16 to -54 kcal/ mol with the enthalpies of -15 to-51 kcal/ mol and Gibbs free energies of -3 to -28 kcal/ mol at 298 K based on B3LYP level of theory. The structural parameters are also calculated for all geometries by consideration of the charge analyses and frontier molecular orbitals. Findings revealed that these systems are useful chemical sensors for sulfur mustard. Moreover, it is found that the CCL-ZnONS can effectively interact with this material and modifies the sensitivity of zinc oxide towards this agent.

The ancient Tamil country, known as Tamiḻakam, including part of present-day Kēraḷa and Āndhradeśa, was under the suzerainty of the triple kings, known as Mūvēntar, Cēra-Cōḻa-Pāṇṭiyar. However, there was no national consciousness even if the itihāsa-purāṇas talk of mahā-Bhārata (mā-Pāratam) and Jambudvīpa (Nāvalantīvu). The idea of the nation, sovereignty, the identity of people under one territorial boundary, and the government was absent. The case of Tamilnāḍu was much more precarious. Some 2000 years ago, not less than seventy minor potentates, who were endlessly fighting with the Mūvēntar, ruled the Deep South of peninsular India, particularly the Tamil zone. They were the kuṟunila-maṉnar (little kings of small lands). Their government, as a rule, was benevolent, and they were great patrons of letters. Even if divided, they united when an invasion from the north was imminent. Aśoka Maurya (third century BCE), Khāravela-Kaliṅga of the Hathigumpha Inscription (Thapar 1972: 93), the Sātavāhanas (Shastri 1999: 151) and Samudragupta (330-380 CE) could not conquer the extreme south. The present study strives to sort out the little kingdoms in Tamilnāḍu and their rulers. The main source is two-millennium old literature, the Akanāṉūṟu and its counterpart, the Puṟanāṉūṟu. I have just listed the names relating to historical geography, and their rulers. One may guess how unity and diversity of the past is example and warning respectively. A far-sighted historian may advocate ‘University State’ (A.J. Toynbee). \nThe sense of unification in Germany under Otto von Bismarck (Nehru 2004: 592-99) and Italy under Giuseppe Mazzini and Giuseppe Garibaldi (Nehru 2004: 587-91) is unknown to Indian history until the advent of the British. Scholars wonder “if” (an enigma) India had attained freedom after 1857 (or 1801 as South Indian historians say), it would have broken into several segmentary states. A united nation, even if truncated (1947) would have been beyond reach, which is not the concern here.
